Online poker has a trust problem. At almost every site and casino, you’re simply asked to believe the deck was shuffled honestly. You can’t see it, you can’t check it – and the dodgy operators count on exactly that.

At WildPoker, we flipped it around. We don’t ask you to trust us – we let you check us, on every single hand. It’s called provably-fair dealing, and it means every hand comes with cryptographic proof that the shuffle was fair and untampered: proof that you, or anyone, can verify independently.

How it works – in three simple steps

  1. Commit – before a single card is dealt. Before the hand starts, our system shuffles the deck and locks in a cryptographic “fingerprint” of that exact deck (a SHA-256 hash), shown to you up front. Because it’s locked in before any cards are seen, the deck can’t be quietly changed mid-hand – the fingerprint would no longer match.
  2. Deal – a shuffle anyone can reproduce. The shuffle uses the industry-standard Fisher-Yates method, driven by a combination of a server seed and a deck seed. It’s math, not a black box – the same seeds always produce the exact same deck, every time.
  3. Reveal – check it yourself. After the hand, the server reveals its secret seed. You can re-run the shuffle with that seed and confirm it produces the same deck – and that it matches the fingerprint you were shown before the hand. If even one card had been altered, the numbers wouldn’t line up. They always do.

What you can check on every hand:

  • A green “verified” indicator on every hand
  • The pre-generated deck hash
  • The deck seed (SHA-256)
  • The Fisher-Yates shuffle
  • The server seed reveal
  • Individual card-position verification

Why the big rooms won’t do this

Provable fairness is only frightening if you’ve got something to hide. The large, dodgy operators wouldn’t get anywhere near a system like this, because it strips away the one thing they rely on: your inability to check.
